Blooming Wildflowers

Despite planting our wildflowers for our honey bees late in early summer, we are thrilled to announce that we now have a field of blooms.

Since we finished harvesting our lavender in early July, we wanted our honey bees to have new pollinators near by. And of course to help the native bees and butterflies to thrive.

The butterflies are plentiful, and the bees are making their way to our colorful blooming party. So many blooms that the butterflies are happily going from flower to flower. Such a beautiful burst of activity and color!
